It also ensures that our customers get access to expertise that fits their business and technology needs. This becomes especially critical for SMBs, with their growing need for technology in order to remain relevant and yet, limited access to in-house expertise. I am certain that Pankaj’s industry expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our SMB footprint grows from strength to strength.”On his appointment, Pankaj Harjai said, “With 45% contribution to India’s total industrial output and 40% of the country’s total exports, the SMB market sees immense potential for growth. Clearly, as business expands, the appetite for technology among SMBs is set to grow at the same pace. The role of technology companies such as Lenovo becomes critical in this dynamic landscape. I am excited about my new role at Lenovo and look forward to working towards the next wave of digitally empowered SMBs.”Pankaj has been a part of Lenovo since August 2012.
